By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the WE BASIC mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and YESCA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3.1 Account Creation: Use a valid email and keep your info updated. One account per person.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for your password. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
3.3 Account Verification: We may require email or photo verification.
4.1 Core Features: Church discovery, profiles, posts/reels, events, job listings, businesses, donations, family trees, and messaging.
4.2 Roles: User, Member, Church Admin, Church Head, and Artist. Features depend on your role.
4.3 Onboarding: Churches require approval and use invite codes.
6.1 Ownership: You own your content but grant us a license to operate the App.
6.2 Content Standards: All content submitted to this App must comply. You agree your content will not:
6.2.1 Religious Harmony and User Responsibility: We maintain 0% tolerance against anything that disturbs religious harmony. You are solely responsible for all content you upload. We do not endorse or assume liability for User Content.
6.3 Moderation: We may remove content that violates these Terms. Edited posts may require re-approval.
6.6 Reposting: Church Heads and Artists may repost content with attribution.
Do not use the App for illegal purposes, hacking, or bots. Church leaders must act fairly and follow the rules.
7.3 Prohibited Technical Actions: The following are strictly prohibited: phishing, social engineering, denial-of-service attacks, resource exhaustion attacks, Privacy Policy violations, testing of third-party services without authorization, and using vulnerabilities to exfiltrate data or gain unauthorized access.
7.4 Social Media Platform Protections: We may moderate, remove, or restrict content without prior notice. We are not obligated to host any content. We will take action against spam, fake accounts, and platform abuse. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
We own the App's design and code. "WE BASIC" is our trademark. Feedback you provide may be used without compensation.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
The App integrates with third-party services for authentication, database, storage, push notifications, mapping, and payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do not endorse every church or user on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 4 months or $20 USD (or equivalent), whichever is greater.
You may delete your account anytime via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Subscriptions are not refunded upon termination.
Contact us first to resolve disputes informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration. Class actions are waived.
15.1 Age Requirement: The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent.
15.2 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy: WE BASIC maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
Our commitments:
15.3 Reporting CSAE: If you encounter any content or conduct involving child exploitation, report it immediately in-app (select "Child Exploitation / CSAM"), or email childsafety@webasic.org. You may also report directly to NCMEC.
WE BASIC provides in-app reporting mechanisms for posts, users, and comments. Reports may be submitted for spam, harassment, hate speech, violence, sexual content, child exploitation, false information, copyright violation, or other concerns.
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We take appropriate action including content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent termination. Illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement.
